As you are probably aware we are in a time where the risk of transmitting the Corona Virus is potentially high.
With the release of information from the Wisconsin Department of Health it remains our highest priority to maintain the health of both our patients and our team.
To continue to remain confident in our ability to provide no fear dental care in a safe and healthy environment we have enhanced a number of our health procedures that will hopefully further limit the transmission of the Corona Virus.
First off, we’d like to kindly ask those that are experiencing any respiratory symptoms, have a runny nose, dry cough, elevated temperature or any other flu-like symptoms to refrain from entering our facility at this time and reschedule your appointment over the phone or by email.
If you are visiting us for dental care, we ask that as you enter our facility you wash your hands with soap and water as well as limit the touching of surfaces as a further precaution to your health and ours. We have decided to temporarily suspended our coffee and water service, and removed reading materials from the waiting area to further minimize touchable surfaces.
To further prevent the spread of germs on touchable surfaces our team will be disinfecting door handles, counter surfaces, community pens, and anything that our patients and team routinely touch on an hourly basis.
For those that are receiving care and have children we have also removed all children’s toys as part of our efforts to minimize items that could transmit the virus. If your child does need entertainment please bring that from home.
Clinically you will notice that many of our health procedures won’t change as we already have the safest practices when it comes to your health and safety. We will continue to wear gloves, masks, and eye protection during your care, ensure all dental instruments that come in contact with mucous membranes are properly sterilized and disinfect all surfaces of the operatory rooms between each patient.
As the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and the American Dental Association release guidance and new information we will make the necessary adjustments needed to continue our operations while keeping our patients and team safe.
