Our mission at No Fear Dentistry is to earn trust and loyalty through great experiences. By providing great experiences to our team, patients and community, we have had continuous office growth each year. With all of this growth, we have become pretty savvy at bringing on new team members. We have created an e-learning training program to provide a comprehensive understanding of our systems. Our team finds this incredibly beneficial not only for the confidence it gives them going into their first day, but the real world education it provides beyond a college program is eye opening.

Our team and communication.
As a new dentist, you will be trained by a team who has experience bringing in college graduates and navigating the challenges that come at the start of your dental career. For currently practicing dentists, our office systems are recorded for you to learn and easily adapt to them. Once you meet our team you will quickly realize it would be hard to find a more fun, energetic and hard working group of people.
Many of the typical workday challenges like gossip, unwillingness and poor training are minimized at our office through our continued focus on communication. We have a structured and educational 15 minute huddle at the start of each day. The team is engaged and everyone contributes to the process of preparing for our workday. We have team building parties and training sessions pre-scheduled throughout the year to focus on constant improvement.

When we hire new team members, attitude is everything! We are so confident in our training and mentorship systems that high levels of experience are not a requirement. What is required is the natural ability and drive to give the people around you a great experience.
