Cancellation Policy

WE DESIGNED OUR CANCELLATION POLICY TO FURTHER ENHANCE THE EXPERIENCE CREATED AT NO FEAR DENTISTRY.  BY CREATING A POLICY THAT'S RESPECTFUL TO BOTH OUR PATIENT’S AND TEAM’S BUSY SCHEDULES, WE ARE ABLE MINIMIZE WAIT TIMES FOR APPOINTMENTS AND CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT THAT PEOPLE ENJOY BEING IN. 

RESERVED APPOINTMENTS:

Appointment confirmation is required in order to keep your scheduled appointments reserved in the schedule. You will receive text and email notifications to confirm a month, two-weeks, and one-week prior to your appointment. If the scheduled appointment is not confirmed at least 48 hours prior it will be removed and offered to another patient on our waiting list.

 

If an appointment is broken or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we will not be able to reschedule without taking a rescheduling payment that will be applied as a credit for your care.

 

All appointments that are broken or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are recorded. If our schedule is full and you have a history of broken appointments, we may only be able to offer you a spot on our waiting list. 

STEPS TO HELP KEEP WAIT TIMES LOW AND RECEIVE YOUR PREFERRED APPOINTMENT TIME:

  • Make sure we have your up to date contact information, both phone and email. If you noticed you didn't receive a text or email appointment notification it might be time to double check your information with our front desk team.

  • Reserve your appointment time at least three to four months beforehand as our schedule is often booked out.

  • Notify us as soon as you become aware of any schedule changes.

  • Confirm your appointment up to 1 week in advance via text, email or phone call.

  • Please understand that if an appointment needs to be rescheduled it may be a few months after the original date.
